Through this, members learn effective skills that benefit and strengthen our community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn more about our four programs and see which might be a best fit for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/leadershipfortworth.org\/staging\/leadershipclass\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LeadershipClass<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Leadership Class addresses vital issues impacting Fort Worth by engaging established leaders. Through the program\u2019s Issues Initiative projects, participants connect their networks and resources to address critical community challenges. The program features a series of sector-focused days to broaden perspectives about how Fort Worth operates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Target Audience &#8211; Established leaders with key decision-maker board-level experience who would like to become more engaged in the Fort Worth community at a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Community Trustee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/leadershipfortworth.org\/staging\/leadingedge\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LeadingEdge<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leading Edge offers emerging leaders the opportunity to strengthen their leadership capabilities, create connections with community leaders and move beyond volunteerism into board service through our partnership with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boardbuild.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boardbuild<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Target Audience &#8211; Emerging leaders (typically in their mid-20s to under 40) seeking to establish their engagement as Community Trustees in the FW community at a Board level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/leadershipfortworth.org\/staging\/leaderkids\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LeaderKids<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LeaderKids encourages middle-school students to develop leadership skills such as taking initiative, setting achievable goals, and becoming strong communicators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Target Audience &#8211; Select eighth-grade students representing all the middle schools in the school district<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/leadershipfortworth.org\/staging\/leaderprime\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LeaderPrime\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leader Prime helps CEOs new to Fort Worth (or new in their role) make more productive decisions because of their orientation to the culture, leaders, and trends in Fort Worth.
