As the end of the year approaches, I am reflecting on all that we’ve accomplished together. This past spring, more than 130 leaders graduated from our programs, from our flagship LeadershipClass, emerging leaders from LeadingEdge, executives from LeaderPrime, and lets not forget our 8th graders in Fort Worth ISD from LeaderKids. In a city of our size, our programs are more important than ever because not only do they offer opportunities for leadership development and training they also provide opportunities for connections across the spectrum.
When you donate to Leadership Fort Worth, you:
Invest in Fort Worth’s current and future leaders, empowering them to drive meaningful change in our community.
Demonstrate your commitment as a Community Trustee, dedicated to making Fort Worth a better place to live and work for everyone.
Support our vision of an inclusive community, where leadership opportunities are accessible to all and where service to the greater good thrives.
Offer partial tuition waivers, ensuring diverse program cohorts that represent every sector, including nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs.
Provide quality resources and impactful experiences for all program participants.
Supply meals, snacks, and drinks for our 8th-grade students during program days.
As we close out 2025 and prepare for another year of bold work—including celebrating the 30th anniversary of our LeaderKids program and 10th anniversary of LeaderPrime in 2026—I invite you to help us continue this legacy by making a year-end contribution to Leadership Fort Worth.
Together, we can make Fort Worth stronger by investing in the leaders who shape its future.
“This class challenges norms, beliefs, policies, thought patters, systems, problems, inequities and so mush more. We walked away with not only an understanding of how to be a great city leader and trustee, but we’re now equipped with he tools, historical context, social network, and EACH OTHER to BE the change, LEAD the change, and LEAVE the world CHANGED.”

“I learned more about the city and what it means to be a community trustee. I really enjoyed the quote shared on the last day of class: ‘We don’t inherit our city from past leaders; we are borrowing it from future leaders.’”
