Leadership Fort Worth values perspectives from across all sectors of the Fort Worth community. With the launch of the Community Fellows program in 2020, LFW acknowledged opportunities to be more inclusive in its recruitment efforts. The program was created to intentionally engage existing community leaders, especially those who may not have previously viewed Leadership Fort Worth as an accessible or relevant path for leadership development or community engagement. As part of this commitment, LFW strives to fully fund two Community Fellow participants in both its LeadershipClass and LeadingEdge programs each year.
