Leadership Outlook 2026

Thank you to the 470+ members of our community who joined us for our LeadershipOUTLOOK Breakfast.

We were honored to hear from our panelists, current Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker and former mayors Betsy Price, Mike Moncrief, and Kenneth Barr, with moderation by Dr. Jennifer Cowley.

We are grateful for the thoughtful conversation, shared perspectives, and the opportunity to bring our community together around the issues shaping Fort Worth. It was also a special moment to celebrate the 30th anniversary of LeaderKids and the 10th anniversary of LeaderPrime.

LEADERSHIP FORT WORTH COMMUNITY TRUSTEESHIP SPOTLIGHT

In honor of our annual celebration of Community Trusteeship, we wanted to start shining more light on those who serve our community through non-profit board leadership. These volunteer riles are essential to an effective and efficient ecosystem that comes together to support a solution to an issue in our community. This year we point our light towards:

Alliance for Children

Board President Melina Westmoreland-Wag

Junior Achievement

Board President Connor Howell

Humane Society

Board Chair Daniel J. Red Goldstein
